On the face, one fingerbreadth (middlefinger) anterosuperior to the angle of the mandible.
Note: On the bisector of the angle of the mandible. When the mouth is closed and the teeth are clenched, this point is located at the prominence of the masseter and in the depression felt when the clenched teeth are released.

内庭 足次指の外間陥みの中。灸三壮、針三分、留ること十呼。傷寒汗出ず、瘧疾、不食、赤白痢、四肢厥冷、腹はり、悪寒、咽いたみ、口ゆがみ、上歯虫くい、皮膚いたみ、鼻衂、人の声を聞ことを悪むを。

足の第２指、末節骨外側、爪甲角の近位外方０．１寸（指寸）、爪甲外側縁の垂線と爪甲基底部の水平線の交点。
LOCATION
On the second toe, lateral to the distal phalanx, 0.1 F-cun proximal-lateral to the lateral corner of the second toenail, at the intersection ofthe vertical line of the lateral border and the horizontal line of the base of the second toenail.
黄帝鍼灸甲乙経
厲兌者、金也。在足大指次指之端、去爪甲角如韭葉。足陽明脈之所出也、為井。刺入一分、留一呼、灸三壮。

主、暴厥欲死、口息、脈動如故、其形無知、如中悪状。瘧、不嗜食、悪寒、腹脹満。熱病汗不出、鼽衄、眩、面浮腫、足脛寒不得臥。振寒、悪人与木音。喉痺。齲歯。悪風、鼻不利。多臥、善驚。
